BioWell, I am attempting to write fanfiction. As I've been reading HP fanfic for almost six years now, I felt that it was about time. All my other attempts over the years have met with abject failure and disappointment because I cannot stay properly motivated to finish anything. But I cannot stop reading fics. That's the problem (though I did give fanfiction up for Lent last year). So, I'm trying very hard to use the maxim, "write something every day", in order to further my fanfiction aspirations. And so far, it's going well (though if JKR would just stop destroying my plot ideas, I'd be a little better).
So technically, this journal is more for myself than you, but without the pressure of your invisible eyes, I doubt that I would be writing in the first place.
